SERVICE
To the best of its ability and in consideration of the existing source, the District will supply collection service at each customer’s system connection dependably and safely, to meet the reasonable needs and requirements of the customer.
The District will attempt to maintain flow at the District’s mains under normal conditions.
The District will provide service to the standards of the United States and as determined by the State of California.
The District will exercise reasonable diligence and care to its customers, so far as reasonably possible, to avoid any interruption in service.
Only duly authorized employees or agents of the District are permitted to install service pipes from the District’s main to the customer’s premises.
