Board Members

The Governing Board recognizes its fiduciary responsibility to oversee the prudent expenditure of district funds. In order to best serve district interests, the President or designee shall develop and maintain effective purchasing procedures that are consistent with sound financial controls and that ensure the district receives maximum value for items purchased. He/she shall ensure that records of expenditures and purchases are maintained in accordance with law.

The Board of Directors of the Lewiston Community Services District is committed to providing excellence in administrative leadership that results in the provision of the highest quality of services to its constituents.

The President of the Board of Directors shall serve as chairperson at all Board meetings and shall have the same rights as the other members of the Board in voting, introducing motions, resolutions, and any discussion of questions that follow said actions.
