  1. CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND DETERMINATION OF QUORUM
  2. PUBLIC COMMENT REGARDING AGENDIZED ITEMS:
    The president of the Board will allow any individual or group representative to address the Board on any subject covered by an item in the agenda at this time. Additional opportunities will be given for the public to comment on Non Agenda items. The Board of Directors reserves the right to limit the time allotted to each speaker and the number of times an individual is allowed to address the Board on a given subject. In accordance with the Brown Act, unless an item has been placed on the agenda there shall be no action taken.​​

    1. Approve Minutes from the September 1, 2026 and the October 6th , 2026 Board Meetings
    2. Mid-Month Bills for 8207 in the amount of $ 2,564.93 and 8217 for $4,759.96
    3. Payroll with Liabilities (Taxes) for 8207 $10,412.47 + $483.27 state + $2,344.87 federal = $13,240.61 (JC incl) also $197 with liabilities for a retro raised missed by payroll company and 8217 $1,908.38 + $39.20 state + $393.79 federal = $2,341.37
  5. FINANCE PAYMENT OF DISTRICT BILLS, INVOICES & ITEMS RE: FINANCES
    1. Authorize payment of new bills for fund 8207 for $ 4,073.55 and 8217 for $ 5,682.46
    2. Cash Balance 8207 (w/Coast Central) $ 21,339.64 + $ 65,831.80 = $87,171.44 8217 $140,479.78
    3. Discussion & possible action on approving the “As Needed” Engineering Contract with PACE
    4. Discussion & possible action on a new utility billing software.
    5. Discussion & action regarding leak in Community Center for American Leak out of Redding cost $715.36 with guarantee to find leak

    1. Discussion & possible action on maintenance and repair items at LCSD, Community Park (bathrooms & snack shack) Update on status of cameras, lock for gym & rubber strips for slowing down traffic by gym
