  1. CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND DETERMINATION OF QUORUM
  2. PUBLIC COMMENT REGARDING AGENDIZED ITEMS:
    The president of the Board will allow any individual or group representative to address the Board on any subject covered by an item in the agenda at this time. Additional opportunities will be given for the public to comment on Non Agenda items. The Board of Directors reserves the right to limit the time allotted to each speaker and the number of times an individual is allowed to address the Board on a given subject. In accordance with the Brown Act, unless an item has been placed on the agenda there shall be no action taken.​​

    1. Approve Minutes from the August 4th, 2026 Board Meeting
    2. Mid-Month Bills for 8207 in the amount of $6,646.51 and 8217 for $872.40
    3. Payroll with Liabilities (Taxes) for 8207 $13453.51 (JC incl) and 8217 $2,454.43
  5. FINANCE PAYMENT OF DISTRICT BILLS, INVOICES & ITEMS RE: FINANCES
    1. Authorize payment of new bills for fund 8207 for $ and 8217 for $
    2. Cash Balance 8207 (w/Coast Central) $ + = 8217 $
    3. Discussion and possible action regarding new Bulk Water policy, contract, pricing & deposits.
  6. DISTRICT GENERAL ITEMS
    1. Admin Report – Dorothy
    2. Discuss plans for a Planning Meeting with new & exiting members possibly early November
    3. Performance reviews discussion
  7. FACILITIES
    1. Discussion & possible action on maintenance and repair items at LCSD, Community Park (bathrooms & snack shack)- missing wheelbarrow
  8. PUBLIC COMMENT ON NON AGENDIZED ITEMS: The public is invited to address items not on the Agenda. The Board may (1) acknowledge receipt of the information; (2) refer to staff for further study; (3) refer the matter to the next meeting.
