  1. CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND DETERMINATION OF QUORUM
  2. PUBLIC COMMENT REGARDING AGENDIZED ITEMS:The president of the Board will allow any individual or group representative to address the Board on any subject covered by an item in the agenda at this time. Additional opportunities will be given for the public to comment on Non Agenda items. The Board of Directors reserves the right to limit the time allotted to each speaker and the number of times an individual is allowed to address the Board on a given subject. In accordance with the Brown Act, unless an item has been placed on the agenda there shall be no action taken.
  3. FIRE DEPARTMENT MONTHLY ACTIVITY REPORT & UPCOMING NEEDS – Discussion and Possible Action
    1. Monthly Activity Report
    2. Possibility of Chief Colby having authorization to sign his auths or his payroll for the fire fighters as 1 of the 2 signatures
    3. McConnell Grant – being submitted for Firefighter medical supplies with LCSD possibly have to pay a portion
  4. CONSENT ITEMS
    1. Approve Minutes from the Feb. 3rd 2026 Board Meeting
    2. Ratify Mid-Month Bills for 8207 in the amount of $3,947.89 and 8217 for $1,569.34-350.63= actual $1,218.71 (dup pymnt)
    3. Ratify Payroll with Liabilities (Taxes) for 8207 $ (JC incl) $11,563.24 + liabilities $2,895.06 =$14,458.30 and 8217 $3,119.22 + liabilities $852.98 = $3,972.20
    4. Ratify last months payroll due to numbers not matching total payroll WITH liabilities – 8207 pay was $11,104.57 plus liabilities of $2905.97 = $14,010.54 and 8217 pay $2,449.79 plus liabilities of $697.18 = $3,146.97
  5. FINANCE PAYMENT OF DISTRICT BILLS, INVOICES & ITEMS RE: FINANCES
    1. Authorize payment of new bills for fund 8207 for $4,641.59 and 8217 for $2,965.16
    2. Cash Balance 8207 (w/Coast Central) $ + = 8217 $
    3. Prop 218 - update
  6. DISTRICT GENERAL ITEMS
    1. Letter to be signed by Mary Nixon in support of the LCA Community Arboriculture Grant for Tim Robertson
    2. Admin Report – Dorothy
  7. FACILITIES
    1. Discussion & possible action on maintenance and repair items at LCSD, Community Park (bathrooms & snack shack)
    2. Discussion & possible action on security system for gym area joining Lewiston School System
  8. PUBLIC COMMENT ON NON AGENDIZED ITEMS: The public is invited to address items not on the Agenda. The Board may (1) acknowledge receipt of the information; (2) refer to staff for further study; (3) refer the matter to the next meeting.
