  1. CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND DETERMINATION OF QUORUM
  2. INPUT REGARDING AGENDA & NON AGENDA ITEMS:The president of the Board will allow any individual or group representative to address the Board on any subject covered or not covered by an item in the agenda at this time. Additional opportunities will be given for the public to comment on Agenda items as they are recognized and given the opportunity to speak. The Board of Directors reserves the right to limit the time allotted to each speaker and the number of times an individual is allowed to address the Board on a given subject. In accordance with the Brown Act, unless an item has been placed on the agenda there shall be no action taken. The Board may (1) acknowledge receipt of the information; (2) refer to staff for further study; (3) refer the matter to the next meeting.
  3. FIRE DEPARTMENT MONTHLY ACTIVITY REPORT AND UPCOMING NEEDS – Discussion and Possible Action
    1. Monthly Activity Report – Information Only
    2. Info only – The BOS has allocated funds to be divided between all the County Fire Districts. The amount Lewiston Fire will receive is $1,642.85 upon receipt of a letter, proof of payment – which was sent out on 10/23/25 by Dorothy.
  4. CONSENT ITEMS
    1. Approve Minutes from Oct. 7th Board Meeting
    2. Mid-Month Bills for 8207 in the amount of $8,121.47 and 8217 for $820.05
    3. Payroll with liabilities for 8207 for $ 12,994.23 and 8217 for $3,066.40
    4. IRWM 8 Grant payments PACE $29,563.75 and RTA $107,578.50 and $422.00 reimbursed to District
  5. FINANCE PAYMENT OF DISTRICT BILLS, INVOICES & ITEMS RE: FINANCES
    1. Authorize payment of new bills for fund 8207 for $ 3,057.64 and 8217 for $4,237.33
    2. Cash Balances -Info Only for 8207 w/Coast Central $ 29,975.52 + $ 18,139.41 = $48,114.93 and for 8217 $57,625.96
    3. Discussion and possible action re: Setting aside $2,500 from Coast Central each month to be put into reserve account #7034.
    4. Review new information from PACE regarding the rate study – discussion and possible action.
    5. Review and possible action regarding Trinity County Heating and Air Proposals
    6. Discussion and possible action regarding CSDA renewal for $2,052.00
    7. New CC ordered for Mary Nixon. Discussion and possible action for approving Mary being able to make emergency purchases up to $5,000.
    8. Discussion and possible action regarding purchasing magnetic signs for red truck

    1. Discussion and possible action regarding signatures and/or resolution
    2. Discussion and possible action regarding implementing use of PO Purchase Requests
